Focusing on mineral products for 20 years, becoming a global leading manufacturer in all fields.
Calcined kaolin is a powder material made from natural soft kaolin through mineral processing, grinding, spray drying, high-temperature calcination (600–1200℃) and depolymerization, with alumina content ≥38%, whiteness ≥92% and oil absorption value ≥60g/100g. Featuring uniform particle size distribution (D50=2–10μm), large specific surface area, strong hiding power, and excellent weather resistance and chemical stability. Widely used as coating matting agent, papermaking filler, rubber reinforcing agent and ceramic body raw material, it can improve the hiding power, wear resistance and mechanical strength of products, and is a mainstream functional filler in coating and papermaking industries.
