Sodium Bentonite is a clay material made from natural calcium-based bentonite through sodium modification, drying and grinding, with montmorillonite content ≥85%, expansion multiple ≥30 times, and cation exchange capacity ≥100meq/100g. It can form a gel-like suspension after absorbing water, with excellent bonding, suspension and slurry-making properties. Widely used as a thickener for oil drilling mud, a binder for foundry sand, and an adsorbent for sewage treatment, it can effectively protect the well wall during drilling, improve sand mold strength in casting, and adsorb heavy metal ions in the environmental protection field.
