Iron oxide pigment is an inorganic colored pigment mainly composed of iron oxide, made from natural iron ore or waste iron filings through wet precipitation, dry calcination and grinding classification, with iron oxide content ≥95%, color fastness ≥8 grade and light fastness ≥7 grade. Covering color systems such as iron oxide red, yellow, blue, black and green, with particle size 0.1–10μm, it has excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance and tinting strength. Widely used in coating coloring, building materials dyeing (e.g., colored cement, floor tiles), plastic color matching and ceramic glaze, it is the most used and widely applied category in inorganic pigments, with advantages of lasting color and environmental protection.
